Thank you. My brother has my electric scooter for a while when I am everything that was not there, and now rusted metal parts. Even if someone knows how to be comletely plastic sticky adhesive also contribute.

"Naval Jelly" (available at least) in the U.S., the ever-popular, in hardware stores.
As the previous poster suggests that the product "CLR" remove calcium, lime and rust, and you can be clean for cooking and bathroom already.
A strong acid should also work (hydrochloric acid, etc., but something like vinegar is probably not strong enough .. 4%) in the rule.
