I always say on the budget, instead of a household. I would say at least 2 regular use and 2 drinks per person per hour.
It may be long, but better than expected, then low. You can someone who drinks rum and Coca-Cola-3 at a time without soda. On the other hand, it is possible that another person drink 4 diet coke in an hour, but no alcohol.
